Health Coaching

In terms of health when people talk about coaching, it sounds a bit unfouned. However in our modern world we are exposed to excess amount of interactions through real and online involvements yielding us mostly a blank mind with a question of why we still feeling lack of somebody who can understand us, or who can communicate with us, so that we are able to figure out what we are lacking, what we are doing alike them, what we are better at, which decisions we made were good and which were bad. 

One can visit a psycholog and discuss about the issues we are facing but we will not be able to point all the questionmarks which will be time consumin and expensive. Having a mativational guidance in certain aspects can be at least a starting stimuslus that will help us to face and overcome the obstacles by ourselves which is the main aim for mental wellbeing treatments. 

Nowadays people in some countries are even hiring people to hug and cry, to participate in different experiences. We are living together but we are lacking what social life should be serving us by its definition. We are humans and we need to live not alone othervise we will definitely feel some problems mostly mental ones. And here comes the dillema, we are living in the cities and we are going bad.
Having a healthy idea about regulating our daily routine, and social life,  recalling this time to time, is not a very professional and psycholoically detailed approach but it can do a change.
